We have made significant changes to our system to keep our patients and staff safe
Updated 13th March 2020
From Monday 16th March, we will be operating a new appointments system which follows current NHS guidance.
GP Appointments
If you need to speak to a GP for any urgent or routine problem, please either:
- submit an e-consult via the website or
- speak to our reception via telephone
Please give as much information as possible to help us help you.
You may be offered a telephone, video or face-to-face consultation.
If you prefer to speak to your named GP, please try to call on a day when they are working in the practice. This information can be found here.
All other appointments
Appointments with nurses, assistant practitioners, specialist nurses, midwives, substance misuse worker, social prescribers and smoking clinic can still be booked by speaking to our reception team by phone.
You will not be able to book appointments online for the time being.
If you have a pre-booked appointment and develop a cough or fever, please do NOT visit the practice. Please call to speak to reception.
