Registered children and newborn babies
Information for parents and guardians – once children or newborn babies are registered on the system, our admin team may contact you to ensure that we have a full record of your children’s immunisations and to ensure that all recommended health checks are completed on time, especially the 6-8 week health check for newborn babies. You may also be required to send us information from your children’s red books, such as current immunisations record , or a copy of your children’s birth certificates to confirm details such as name, address, date of birth. Having an accurate and up-to-date information for our patients enables the Practice to provide best health care and services to everyone registered on our list.
